Curios Vault ("the Service") is a personal tool that produces short-form videos and uploads them, as drafts, to social media accounts that the operator owns and has explicitly connected (such as TikTok and YouTube). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is operated for the publication of the operator's own original content. It only acts on accounts that have authorized it through the relevant platform's official authorization flow, and it never posts publicly on its own: a human reviews and publishes the final content.
All content distributed through the Service must be lawful, truthful, and compliant with the terms and community guidelines of each destination platform. The Service is not used to post spam, misleading, harmful, or infringing material.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok, YouTube) through their official APIs and is subject to their respective terms. Access granted to the Service can be revoked at any time from the platform's own settings.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
